Convenient location. Nice unit. Great host! Positive: So, location was perfect for me. I needed to kind of toggle around between Claremont and UTC for business. The unit itself was exactly what I needed. It had everything: a small kitchen, a coffee maker, glasses, dishes. I really appreciated that there was cold water in the fridge when I arrived. The furnishings are clean. The unit's obviously been recently updated, so it's just a really comfortable little place to stay. The host's instructions online are just excellent. It's easy to find the unit, easy to obtain the combination for the door, and everything just worked perfect. I'm also a landlord of several rental properties, so I appreciate how thorough the instructions were and how smoothly everything operated. Hoping to be able to book again on a return visit.
